Julie Barton

Julie Barton, Ph.D., is a seasoned nonprofit consultant and grant writer with extensive experience in organizational development, fundraising, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Principal at Julie Barton Consulting since March 2019, Julie focuses on the growth of small-to-mid-size nonprofits. Simultaneously, Julie manages a $4M annual portfolio as Grant Writer for JVS - Bay Area. Previously, Julie held the position of Development Director at Tandem: Partners in Early Learning, where fundraising efforts resulted in a significantly increased budget and enhanced community engagement. Julie's educational background includes a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from the University of East Anglia and a BA from Boston College.
