Tamara Leizer

Tamara is highly experienced in operating in diverse and sensitive environments in both the public and private sectors and has supported various not-for-profit organizations as a board member, mentor, and volunteer.

Tamara is both a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and CPA Australia, and her career includes over 30 years of delivering results across financial management and reporting, strategy development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, corporate services, continuous improvement programs, governance and risk management, policy and performance, and capability development.

Prior to joining JewishCare in September 2022, she led the Program Management Office for Fast Rail at Transport for NSW, and her career history includes NSW Treasury, Housing NSW, KPMG, NSW Public Service Commission, Transfield and Transfield-Worley, State Street Australia, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
