Norman Velazquez

Norman Velazquez is an experienced professional in the fields of compliance and legal management, currently serving as the Service/Compliance Manager at JF Petroleum Group since September 2022. Previous roles include Fuel & Compliance Manager at City Facilities Management (FL) LLC from September 2019 to March 2023, Compliance Program Manager at 7G Environmental Compliance from May 2018 to July 2019, and Vice President/Consultant at Grupo C.V.M. from 2010 to 2018. Norman also practiced law as an Attorney at Velazquez Torres Law Offices from 2007 to 2018 and held the position of Senior Enforcement Director at Northwest Florida Water Management District from 2002 to 2007, along with serving as Senior Legal Counsel at the Environmental Quality Board from 1999 to 2002.
