Teresa Baldwin

Teresa Baldwin, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at JFS Richmond since August 2022. Teresa also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in September 2017.
