Miriam Seidenfeld has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Miriam is currently the Chief Executive Officer at JFS St. Louis since February 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Executive Director at Wilderness Inquiry in 2017 and as the Executive Director at Temple Israel from 2009 to 2016. Miriam also held the roles of Membership Director and Associate Executive Director at Temple Israel from 2005 to 2009. Before that, they worked at The Fresh Air Fund in various positions, including Director of the Friendly Town Program, Director of the Career Awareness Program at Camp Mariah, and Field Manager of the Friendly Town Program.
Miriam Seidenfeld holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Social Work from Columbia University - Columbia School of Social Work. Miriam also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Relations from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, they completed a program in Leadership Development and Civic Engagement at Coro Leadership New York.
