Gwen Perseghin

Gwen Perseghin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both property management and real estate sales. As a Partner and Director of Operations at JG Real Estate, LLC since May 2011, Gwen has contributed to the firm being recognized as the highest-rated property management company on Yelp and Google. Gwen is a licensed Associate Broker with a strong commitment to assisting first-time home buyers and possesses in-depth knowledge of various Philadelphia neighborhoods. Prior to real estate, Gwen worked as a freelance writer and content writer, focusing on search engine optimization, and also gained experience as an English teacher during a student teaching practicum. Gwen holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Salem State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Writing from La Salle University.
