James Bill is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in real estate development, project management, and sustainable product marketing. Currently serving as the Dot Product Leader at Sudoc since August 2021, James focuses on the launch and sales of sustainable cleaning products utilizing advanced dilute oxidation technology. Prior roles include being a Real Estate Salesperson at JG Real Estate, LLC, and self-employment in real estate development. James co-founded Revolve Build, LLC, overseeing significant property renovations and has managed various projects in both commercial and residential sectors. With an educational background in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and Economics from Denison University, James combines expertise in sustainable practices with a strong foundation in real estate investment and marketing.
