Kathleen Vecchia

Kathleen Vecchia is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and client relations. Currently serving as the Director of Leasing at JG Real Estate, LLC since October 2019, Kathleen oversees the onboarding process for new business and leads a team of leasing professionals to enhance performance. Previously, as a Leasing Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent, Kathleen managed lease negotiations for a portfolio of 2,000 units while training a team of licensed agents. Kathleen's earlier roles include serving as a Licensed Real Estate Assistant at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors, and as a Listing Coordinator at RE/MAX @ HOME|Maria Quattrone and Associates. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Purchase College, SUNY.
