CHRO at JG Wentworth

William Schwartz is currently the CHRO at JG Wentworth. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at International SOS Assistance from December 2006 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for overall Human Resources management for 1000+ employees for a global medical and security assistance company. William supported business units encompassing Sales & Marketing, Call Center, Clinical Operations, Software Development and Government Services for staff in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

During their time at International SOS Assistance, William developed HR programs that facilitated the company's expansion of 20% compounded growth. William also changed the approach in funding of employee benefits, resulting in cost savings and increased company control of benefits cost drivers. In addition, they implemented an eLearning program for management staff on a global basis and enhanced the long term incentive program to increase attractiveness for U.S.-based executive staff. Finally, they designed and implemented various strategies to reduce employee turnover and recruitment/placement costs.

Prior to their role at International SOS Assistance, William served as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at InfraSource, Inc. from January 2004 to December 2006. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at SAP America from January 1996 to December 1999.

William Schwartz received their Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, their MBA from Saint Joseph's University, and their BBA from Temple University.

They are on a team with Daniel Bonner III - VP, Sales, Debt Settlement, Julia Chiartas - VP, Customer Experience, and Gary Milwit - Executive Director, Learning & Development. William Schwartz reports to Randi Sellari, CEO.
