Paul Dargavel

Paul Dargavel has an extensive background in recruitment, specifically focusing on Payroll, HR, Reward, and HRIS roles. Paul currently works as an Associate Director at JGA Recruitment, where Paul is responsible for growing the Payroll Recruitment division and assisting businesses in finding top talent in the UK. With a strong network of professionals and experience across various sectors, Paul has successfully placed several key positions in the past year. Paul has also been instrumental in JGA's recent award wins and the launch of two popular podcasts. Prior to JGA, Paul held roles at Chase Moulande and New Frontiers in the recruitment field. Paul attended Southgate School from 1982 to 1987.
