Balaji Ramachandran

Balaji Ramachandran has a diverse work experience in the field of instrumentation and control engineering. Balaji is currently working as a Principal Engineer - Instrumentation and Control at JGC since April 2023. Previously, they worked at KBR, Inc. as a Sr. Technical Professional from October 2019 to April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Principal Engineer at Saipem from January 2019 to September 2019. Before Saipem, Balaji worked at Fluor for a significant period, where they started as a Design Engineer 1 in June 2012 and later became an Associate Design Engineer until January 2019. During their time at Fluor, they were responsible for various tasks related to process loop diagrams, control system deployment diagrams, network topology, signal and settings lists, electrical circuit diagrams, and many others. Before Fluor, they worked at Ramboll Oil & Gas as an Instrumentation Engineer from December 2010 to May 2012, and at FLSmidth as a Lead Engineer from August 2007 to December 2010, where they led projects, reviewed P&I diagrams, and was involved in project planning and execution.

Balaji Ramachandran earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Engineering College / Anna University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
