Satoshi Kurata

Satoshi Kurata is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Executive Officer at JGC since April 2022, Satoshi previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at McKinsey & Company from February 2020 to March 2022. Satoshi's career at JGC America, Inc. spanned from December 2013 to February 2020, where roles included Senior Vice President of the Legal and Compliance department and Vice President of the Legal Department. Prior positions at JGC from July 2008 to December 2013 included Counsel, along with a decade-long tenure as Legal Advisor at KBR, Inc. from July 1999 to July 2008. Satoshi holds a Diploma in Law from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Waseda University.
