Peggy McKelvey is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in underwriting and claims management. Currently serving as an Associate Underwriter at JGS Insurance, a Baldwin Risk Partner, since November 2020, Peggy has previously held positions as Underwriting Sr Analyst and Technical Assistant. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Analyst with AIG Benefit Solutions, where responsibilities included client services and User Acceptance Testing, as well as managing client-focused tasks as a Client Services Coordinator. Peggyโs earlier roles featured directing disability claims processing as a Quality Assurance Specialist at American General Life Companies and supervising claims at The United States Life Insurance Company in the City of New York. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Fairfield University, earned in 1986.
