Morgan Greenhalgh has held various roles in the tech and operations industry since 2004. In 2004, they began teaching English at the Bakersfield City School District, where they developed lessons focusing on technology and communicating digitally. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as Webmaster at Internet Broadcasting, where they developed long-term growth strategies for the site and trained newsroom staff on digital importance and writing for the web. In 2007, they began working as Project Manager/Managing Editor at CKMG, where they coordinated and managed multi-tiered website creation and optimization campaigns and led the content department. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as Senior Web Producer at Telepictures Productions, where they oversaw design, development and SEO teams and developed the SEO standards for Telepictures and Warner Bros. Since 2007, they have also worked as a Web and Business Consultant for Self, where they develop website strategies for targeted, specific success and recruit and train teams. Since 2013, they have worked as Director of IT and Operations at JH Biotech, Inc., where they analyzed the organization, competition, market and other concerning factors to recommend and implemented a sound CRM strategy and are currently rewriting marketing materials, brochures, company pamphlets, etc. to target their core audience and demographic more effectively.
Morgan Greenhalgh attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a BA in English Language and Literature/Letters. Morgan then attended California State University, Bakersfield from 2005 to 2006, but did not earn a degree. In 2014, Morgan obtained the MCSS certification from MovementCODE Sports Science. In 2004, they obtained the U.S. Soccer National License D from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
