Lucas Smith has extensive experience in account and program management roles, with a background in marketing and customer service. Lucas worked at JH Specialty, Crossview Church, Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company, LABOV Marketing Communications and Training, Lincoln Financial Group, Three Rivers Federal Credit Union, and YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne. At LABOV, Lucas served as an Account Manager, developing strong relationships with clients and presenting new business proposals to executives. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
