Lucas Smith

Lucas Smith's work experience begins in 2004 as a Lifeguard Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Three Rivers Federal Credit Union. In 2011, they joined Lincoln Financial Group as an IAO Customer Service Representative. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at LABOV Marketing Communications and Training, starting as an Account Coordinator and later becoming an Account Manager. In 2018, they transitioned to Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company as an Account Executive until 2019. Lucas then joined JH Specialty as a Program Manager from 2019 to 2022, before being promoted to Senior Project Manager. In 2022, they started working as the Youth Ministry Director at Crossview Church.

Lucas Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Purdue University Fort Wayne, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010.
