Charles Bisbee

Charles Bisbee is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at JHL Constructors since March 2022, Charles previously held the role of Assistant Area Manager at IHC Scott from August 2020 to March 2022. Before that, Charles worked as a Senior Project Manager at SEMA Construction, Inc. from July 2010 to August 2020 and as a Project Engineer/Estimator at Kiewit from June 2008 to June 2010. Charles obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, having studied there from 2005 to 2009, and also attended the University of Wyoming for a Bachelor of Applied Science from 2004 to 2005.
