Juan H. Pujol

Juan H. Pujol serves as Chairman and CFO of SimpleLab, Inc. since January 2016, where oversight includes all finance, human resources, and legal operations. In addition, Juan holds multiple board positions, including Chairman of the Board at PAQ Wallet and Grupo Pos Movil, and serves on the Board of Directors for JHP Enterprises, LLC, which Juan founded in 1988 to provide strategic consulting focused on revenue growth and mergers and acquisitions. Previous roles include Chairman at Alternative E Management Partners, interim CEO of Michael Bianco Inc., and CEO positions at Element 119, LLC and J. Michael Bloom, Inc. Earlier experience consists of leadership in mergers and acquisitions at Lloyds International Corporation and a role at Bankers Trust. Juan holds an MBA in International Finance from Penn State University and a BA in Economic Geography from Boston University.
