Ibrahim Seriki M.D.

Ibrahim Seriki MD, MPH (FETP) is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in immunization and epidemic response management. Currently serving as Technical Director in Global Health Security at Jhpiego since May 2021, Ibrahim has held various leadership roles in projects focused on health security and innovative finance. Prior to this, significant contributions were made as a Child Health & Immunization Specialist at Save the Children International, and during the COVID-19 response team at Nigeria Centre for Disease Control. Ibrahim's prior roles include State Technical Officer at the World Health Organization, Immunization/EPI Program Supervisor at the African Field Epidemiology Network, and Physician at several healthcare facilities in Nigeria. Academically, training includes a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Ibadan and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Lagos, complemented by further studies in Climate Change and Health at Yale School of Public Health.
