Katharine Journeay

Katharine Journeay is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Officer at Jhpiego since January 2023, previously holding the role of Senior Program Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions as an Administrative Assistant for the Research Program on Children and Adversity, and as an Events and Outreach Assistant at Harvard's Center for International Development, where efforts focused on the success of the annual Marquee event. Katharine has also interned at Physicians for Human Rights and worked as a Development Associate at Komera USA. Early career experience includes roles as a Team Member at The Juicery and Dockmaster at Freedom Boat Club. Academically, Katharine holds a Master of Science degree in International Public Health/International Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Emmanuel College. Studies were complemented by participation in a program at the Meknes Study Center in 2017.
