Sílvia Kelbert

Sílvia Kelbert is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in HIV prevention, care, and treatment across various organizations and countries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor at Jhpiego, Sílvia provides strategic leadership in developing evidence-based programs and guiding implementation science research in HIV care and treatment. Previous roles include Senior HIV Consultant for ForçaSaúde in Angola, HIV/AIDS Officer for the UN World Food Program in South East Asia, and various consulting positions focused on tuberculosis and public health. Sílvia's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, an Infectious Disease Medical Residency, and a Doctor of Medicine from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
