Ken Wong

Ken Wong is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in enterprise SaaS solutions and insurtech. Currently serving as the Product Lead at JIA, responsibilities include overseeing development of AI-driven tools for remote workforce collaboration. Previously, at CXA Group, Ken led the vision and execution of insurtech products, aligning them with business strategy and fostering agile processes. A background at Aon Hewitt as Global Benefits Director involved structuring corporate broking and consulting products, while early career experience at Ernst & Young included delivering M&A transaction advisory services. Ken holds a Fellowship from the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Macquarie University.
