Previously, at CXA Group, Ken led the vision and execution of insurtech products, aligning them with business strategy and fostering agile processes. A background at Aon Hewitt as Global Benefits Director involved structuring corporate broking and consulting products, while early career experience at Ernst & Young included delivering M&A transaction advisory services. Ken holds a Fellowship from the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Macquarie University.
