Joyce Pan has extensive experience in human resources and staffing across multiple organizations, currently serving as an HRBP at Jiahui Health since January 2021. Prior to this, Joyce held the position of HRBP and Senior Staffing Manager at Meituan-Dianping from June 2013 to January 2018, and was the HR administrative leader at OneConnect Smart Technology from January 2018 to January 2021. Joyce began a career in consulting with Randstad China and Career International, focusing on the Securities, Funds, and Asset Management sector. Throughout the professional journey, Joyce has demonstrated expertise in attracting, screening, and selecting leaders while driving flexible staffing strategies and process improvements for client organizations.
