Olawunmi Olashore MRICS has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 2007 at Zenith Bank Plc, Olawunmi worked as a Bond Dealer, handling daily trading of federal government bonds. During this time, they received special recognition for their performance. In 2013, Olawunmi moved into the real estate sector, joining Foundation Properties Ltd as Managing Director. In this role, they collaborated with various professionals to develop new residential communities and provided expert knowledge to clients on real estate investments. In 2014, Olawunmi joined Heirs & Regents as a Director, offering clients personalized estate agency services and assisting in property development. In 2018, they transitioned to jidetaiwoandco, where they held various roles including Associate Partner, General Manager of Premium Markets, and Managing Director for International Markets. They successfully established the premium markets Lagos office, achieved growth in sales and profitability, and advised high net worth clients on real estate investments. Currently, Olawunmi is the Managing Director of International Markets at Jide Taiwo & Co UK Ltd, where they initiated the vision of transforming the company into a global brand. Notable accomplishments in this role include establishing business partnerships in Dubai and launching the London office, which garnered recognition in prominent property publications.

Olawunmi Olashore MRICS completed a BSc in Economics from the University of Kent from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they pursued an MSc in International Economics, Banking, and Finance at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2004 to 2005. Olawunmi Olashore also obtained additional certifications, including MRICS from RICS in 2019 and Civil and Commercial Mediator from RICS in 2017.
