Jordan Dierks began their career in 2000 as a Sales Representative for ShoreTel. In 2003, they moved to Cisco WebEx as a Senior WebEx Product Specialist. In 2010, they joined Cisco Systems as a Collaboration Specialist for Marketing and Events. In 2011, they were promoted to Manager, Sales Engineers at Act-On Software, Inc., where they oversaw a team of Sales Engineers and introduced and refined programs to improve consistency and efficiency to the SE team to accelerate sales cycle. In 2017, they joined Jifflenow as a Solutions Engineer.
Jordan Dierks earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University between 1999 and 2001.
