Konstantin Vorontsov

Konstantin Vorontsov is an experienced product designer with a strong track record in enhancing user experience and driving business growth. Currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Cloud Retail since July 2025, Konstantin previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at JOB TODAY from April 2022 to July 2025, where notable achievements included increasing paid user shares, developing a design system, and significantly improving key performance metrics such as MAU and NPS. At Flow Health, from January 2020 to April 2022, Konstantin led a team in rebuilding the Lab Portal, optimizing processes, and implementing design systems that reduced turnaround times and sample losses. Earlier, as a Product Designer at Yandex between August 2018 and January 2020, Konstantin reimagined the Yandex Market seller mobile app, resulting in substantial increases in GMV and active sellers. Konstantin holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Applied Arts from Vilnius College of Design.
