Rosita Carrillo Beck

Head Of Customer Experience at Jiffy

Rosita Carrillo Beck has a significant work experience history, starting in 2012 with ilovetravel. Rosita began as a Customer Service Representative in February 2012 and later became a Helpdesk Team Lead in September 2013. Rosita held both roles until August 2017 when they transitioned to the position of Client Communications Specialist, which they held until August 2017.

In 2017, Rosita joined Jiffy as a Customer Experience Manager in November. Rosita eventually became the Head of Customer Experience in April 2019 and continues to hold that position.

Rosita Carrillo Beck completed their education at Humber College, where they obtained a Travel and Tourism Management Diploma in 2010. Additionally, they acquired the NFPA 1035, Fire and Life Safety Educator certification from Seneca College. In January 2010, Rosita obtained the TICO certification from the Travel Industry Council of Ontario, which serves as Ontario's Travel Regulator.
