Ahmad Shaar

Ahmad Shaar has held a variety of roles in the educational and corporate sectors. Ahmad's work experience began in 2007 when they joined the Project Management Institute as a Member. Ahmad then became the PMO - Knowledge Base & Quality Management Coordinator for Edarat Group in the same year. In 2011, they joined International Technological University as the Director of Institutional Research Office and Deputy Director - Business Research & Development Center. In 2013, they co-founded Jighi and served as the Director of PMO and Business Development. Ahmad also worked as an Operation Consultant for Google in the same year. In 2015, they joined Google again as a Quality Analyst. In 2017, they joined William Jessup University as the Chair - MSCS & MBA Program Director for Bay Area Campus, Director of Academics - Graduate School Advisor, and Director of Corporate Learning - Tenure Faculty. In the same year, they also became an Adjunct Professor for University of California, Berkeley and University of Silicon Valley. Finally, they joined Vaco: Google - YouTube as an Operation & Quality Analyst - Online Trust & Safety.

Ahmad Shaar has a long and varied educational history. Ahmad obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from American University of Technology in 2003-2005, majoring in Business Computing. Ahmad then earned an Executive MBA from the same university in 2006-2007, specializing in HR Management. In 2007-2009, they earned an Executive MBA from Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch, specializing in Hospitality & Tourism Management. Ahmad then earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from American University of Technology in 2003-2005, majoring in Management Information System - IT/CRM. From 2011-2018, they earned a Doctorate in Business Administration from International Technological University (ITU), specializing in Knowledge Management & Business Intelligence. Most recently, they are currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from California Southern University, specializing in Business Intelligence in Agile Project Management.
