Dawn Reynolds

Dawn Reynolds has over 30 years of experience in the non-profit Social Housing industry. Dawn has held various roles in different companies, including Head of Asset Operations at Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd since October 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Housing Options Manager at New Charter Group from April 2015 to September 2016. From 2003 to 2015, Dawn held multiple roles at NEW CHARTER HOMES LIMITED, including Void Maintenance Manager, Relet PMO Team leader, Technical Team leader, and Technical Supervisor Relets. Dawn began their career as a Housing Management Officer at NEW CHARTER HOMES LIMITED from April 1997 to March 2000.

Dawn Reynolds attended The University of Salford from 1990 to 1994, where they studied housing. Dawn did not obtain a degree during their time at the university. In September 2009, they obtained the ILM Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring certification from ILM.
