Charlotte Li

Charlotte Li has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2023. Charlotte started their career as a Business Analyst at Deloitte, specializing in actuarial and advanced analytics for property and casualty insurance companies. Charlotte then moved on to become a Consultant in the same field, where they developed operational solutions for insurers and obtained their actuarial credentials. In 2018, Charlotte joined Credit Karma as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on growth initiatives and managing a portfolio within a few months. Charlotte later became a Manager in Business Development and Partnerships, specifically in the Credit Cards vertical. At Credit Karma, they managed $80MM in annual revenue, maintained positive YoY growth despite challenging economic conditions, and worked with a range of partners from large banks to FinTech issuers. Charlotte is currently working at Jiko as a Manager, overseeing Partnerships and Operations.

Charlotte Li attended Columbia University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research with a minor in Economics. Additionally, in August 2018, they obtained the Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) certification from the Casualty Actuarial Society.
