Methika Gandhi

Methika Gandhi has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Program Intern at Give2Asia in 2015. Methika then moved on to become an Operations Associate at Medicines360 in 2016, followed by a Programs Intern at the World Affairs Council of Northern California. In 2017, they became a Human Resource Assistant for the UN 2030 Gender Parity Initiative at the United Nations ESCAP. In 2019, they held two internships, one as a Talent Management Graduate Intern at Panasonic USA and the other as a Human Resource Graduate Intern at Vera Wang. Most recently, they have been working at RH since 2020, where they have held the roles of Rewards Specialist, People Team Compliance Specialist, and People Team Coordinator. Methika is currently employed as a People Operations at Jiko since 2022.

Methika Gandhi attended International School Bangkok from 2005 to 2012. Methika then went on to study at the University of San Francisco from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Studies and Sociology. In 2014, they participated in a Study Abroad program at SOAS University of London. Finally, they obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in HR Management and Development from New York University in 2020.
