Pamela Salazar

Pamela Salazar, CRCM, has a wealth of experience in the compliance field. Pamela began their career in 2007 as an AVP Compliance Operations Manager at HSBC. In 2015, they moved to Metropolitan Commercial Bank (New York) as Vice President Regulatory Compliance, where they were responsible for establishing the bank's regulatory compliance program and risk management framework. In 2019, they joined Grasshopper Bank as Director, Audit and CRA, managing all regulatory communications, examinations, and audit engagements, as well as serving as Risk and Compliance Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Jiko as Compliance Director, building and designing an innovative compliance infrastructure for a banking/broker-dealer Fintech and serving as a subject matter expert for product implementation.

Pamela Salazar, CRCM received their degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The City University of New York in 2014. Pamela also holds a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the American Bankers Association.
