Tom Locke

Tom Locke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Jim Pattison Developments Ltd. since February 2022, Tom previously held the position of Project Manager at WSP in Canada from May 2014 to February 2022. Tom's background includes a role as Principal at Weatherguard Restorations Inc. and significant involvement in the Langley Minor Hockey Association as Executive Member-Vice President from June 2009 to May 2012. Additionally, Tom volunteered from July 2012 to July 2018 at the Propspera Valley GranFondo Cycling Event, providing various support services.
