Arvin Akbarzadeh

Arvin Akbarzadeh has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2007 as a PHP Developer for Afagh. Arvin joined as a volunteer junior PHP developer and gained experience in developing core features on a fork of PHP-Nuke Platinum. Arvin also managed a web hosting solution, learning how to manage Linux web servers.

In 2012, Arvin joined Bertina, where they worked as a PHP Developer. Arvin was involved in developing a web portal providing services to job-seekers. After starting with Wordpress, the team decided to develop the portal from scratch.

From 2013 to 2014, Arvin worked as a PHP Developer for Aran Roja. Arvin helped design and develop an exclusive content management web application using the CodeIgniter framework. Their responsibilities included designing a new content management system that met business requirements.

In 2015, Arvin became a PHP Developer for Akasi.Net. Arvin contributed to developing an e-learning website offering online courses for photographers and photo editors.

From 2017 to 2019, Arvin worked as a Senior Backend Developer for Bamilo, a leading online marketplace in Iran. Their responsibilities included designing and developing new microservices while maintaining and extending a legacy system.

In 2019, Arvin joined 1stQuest as a Senior Backend Developer. Arvin played a key role in redesigning the website and improving the user experience, resulting in a significant increase in conversion rates and total sales.

Most recently, Arvin joined Jimdo in 2020 as a Software Engineer.

Arvin Akbarzadeh completed their Associate's Degree in Information and Communication Technology at Pooyesh Higher Education Institute from 2009 to 2011. Arvin then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering at the University of Science and Culture from 2012 to 2014. Arvin continued their education and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering at Guilan University from 2015 to 2018. During their studies, they also participated in a Student Exchange Program at Fachhochschule Fulda in 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, Arvin has also obtained certification in EFSET Quick English Check with an Advanced/Proficient (CEFR C1/C2) score from EF Education First.
