Mohamed Aymen Hammemi

Mohamed Aymen Hammemi has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Mohamed Aymen started their career as an intern at ArabSoft in 2013. After that, they worked as a freelance web developer, acquiring projects through personal and professional connections. In this role, they created web apps, landing pages, and desktop applications using web technologies.

In 2014, Mohamed joined NextGenCorp, an IoT and M-Education oriented start-up, as a Full Stack Engineer. During their four-year tenure, they worked on various projects, including web services and scalable VOD platforms. Mohamed Aymen was responsible for architecting, building, and managing both internal and client-side projects.

In 2018, Mohamed joined Advyteam as a Research and Development Engineer. Mohamed Aymen worked on Accretio, the company's main product, as a Full Stack Developer. Mohamed Aymen was part of a team of six developers and was involved in fixing UX and performance-related bugs. Mohamed Aymen also implemented new features as part of sprints.

From 2018 to 2021, Mohamed worked at xTECH.guru. Initially, they served as a Full Stack Developer and later became a Senior Full Stack Developer. Mohamed Aymen worked closely with international clients, delivering on sprint goals. Mohamed Aymen proactively identified new tools, processes, and approaches to improve code quality. Currently, they are part of a team of 11 developers working on an E-learning platform for in-company training.

Most recently, as of 2021, Mohamed is working at Jimdo as a Software Engineer. Mohamed Aymen'sresponsibilities include full-stack development and maintenance of jimdo.com, maintaining pipeline and deployments on AWS and Fastly CDN, creating internal tools for marketing and SEO teams, and running A/B tests on jimdo.com.

Mohamed Aymen Hammemi pursued their education at the Higher Institute of Computer Science from 2010 to 2013. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Software Engineering (B.SE.) with a specialization in Computer Software Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Hammemi has also acquired several certifications. In August 2020, they became a Contentful Certified Professional through training provided by Contentful. Later in November 2020, they obtained the title of JSNAD: OpenJS Node.js Application Developer from The Linux Foundation. Furthermore, in December 2020, they achieved the JSNSD: OpenJS Node.js Services Developer certification, also awarded by The Linux Foundation.
