Sarthak Manas Tripathy has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and analytics. Sarthak Manas started their career as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, where they worked on a project involving data archival for Vodafone India Ltd. Sarthak Manas'sresponsibilities included using Sqoop to import data from RDBMS to HDFS and Hive, as well as developing Python scripts for automation and audit logging.

After Tech Mahindra, Sarthak joined ABB as a Working Student, where they gained experience in industrial data analytics. Sarthak Manas performed feature engineering, data cleaning, and implemented anomaly detection for industrial time series data using machine learning. Additionally, they integrated the Python backend and Vue.js frontend using RESTful APIs. Later, they worked on their Master's thesis project at ABB, focusing on developing Explainable AI (XAI) solutions for industrial machine learning models. From there, Sarthak moved on to FlixBus as a Data Engineer. Sarthak Manas Tripathy completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University Of Technology (Formerly UCE), Burla in the years 2012 to 2016. Sarthak Manas then pursued a Master's degree in Big Data and Business Analytics from SRH Hochschule Heidelberg, from 2018 to 2020.
