Will Thomas

Will Thomas is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Technology at Inspire Brands since November 2020. Prior to this role, Will has been with Jimmy John's since April 2004, where responsibilities have included directing a team of over 30 individuals in managing the company's digital footprint and IT operations. Previous roles at Jimmy John's include Project Manager, overseeing the design and implementation of key systems until transitioning to lead the IT team, and General Manager, where management of a restaurant and staff earned recognition through the prestigious Norman Award. Will Thomas studied at Parkland College and graduated from Paris Cooperative High School.
