Yangdup Lama is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in the bar and beverage industry. As a Partner at Drinks India Company since January 2021 and Co-Founder of Barkeepers LLP Sidecar Bar, recognized in Asia’s 50 Best Bars and Worlds 50 Best Bars, Yangdup has made significant contributions to the growth of the cocktail culture. Co-Founder and Director at Thirsty Three Hospitality, Yangdup established Cocktails & Dreams, a pioneering bar in Gurgaon that embodies the 1920s Prohibition Era. Previous roles include serving as American Whiskey Ambassador in India for the Distilled Spirits Council and as Attache for Tales of Cocktails in New Orleans, showcasing the evolving bartending scene in India. Yangdup's early career included a four-and-a-half-year tenure as Head Bartender at Hyatt Regency, Delhi, where responsibilities included daily bar operations and cocktail innovation.
