Shannon Keute

Shannon Keute is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as President at Jimmy's Egg since July 2022. Previously, Shannon held the position of COO at Quail Springs Culinary from May 2019 to July 2023 and served as Vice President of Operations at Jimmy's Egg from February 2007 to November 2021. Shannon's career began at Eateries Inc., where roles included Director of Training and General Manager from September 1989 to March 2006. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and has pursued education at the University of North Texas and Texas A&M University.
