Dr Pratima Daipuria

Dr. Pratima Daipuria is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as Professor and Dean at Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS, Rohini Sector-5) since December 2015. Dr. Daipuria has been a vital part of JIMS since August 2003, previously holding the position of Associate Professor. With a focus on coaching, training, and mentoring budding professionals, Dr. Daipuria is dedicated to delivering effective classroom instruction. Dr. Daipuria holds a PhD in Emotional Intelligence from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, completed between 2009 and 2012, and an MBA in HR from Bundelkhand University, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
