Carleen Frankenmolen

Carleen Frankenmolen is a strategic project leader specializing in organizational management, currently employed at JINC since December 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a senior project leader and advisor at Inblinkers, focusing on process facilitation and organizational development in education. Carleen has also worked as a policy advisor for Samen Veilig Midden-Nederland and held various roles at JINC, managing nationwide change initiatives and enhancing project quality. Additional experience includes recruitment consulting at ExperisNL, HR management for SOLS 24/7, and project management roles in non-profit and educational organizations. Carleen holds a Master of Science in Policy and Organization from Utrecht University and various certificates in project management and leadership.
