Frank van Den Oetelaar

Frank Van Den Oetelaar has extensive experience in education and ICT, currently serving as Leidinggevende at Kindcentrum Hubertus since August 2019. Involved with JINC as a member of the Raad van Advies since June 2022, Frank contributes to developing educational offerings for children and youth. As the initiator of 21st Century Skills NL since January 2012, Frank supports educational organizations in fostering 21st-century learning competencies. Additionally, Frank is an external advisor for Oetelaar Consultancy, assisting Dutch educational boards with ICT vision implementation since August 1998. Frank also has a background in project management, having led initiatives such as the BIC network and the Innovative Education Forum for Microsoft. As the founder of Digitaal Oisterwijk, Frank has been instrumental in website development and media concept advancement. With previous roles at Zwaluw Onderwijs Adviesgroep, inOisterwijk, Stichting Town, and the Ministry of OCW, Frank has a rich history of promoting collaborative educational projects. Frank holds degrees from Pedagogische Academie Oude Dijk and Tilburg University.
