Hester Wiarda

Hester Wiarda has a diverse background in change management, innovation, and coaching, with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Hester served as a Change Management Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from October 2020 to April 2022, assisting clients with cultural and behavioral changes linked to technological implementations and organizational redesign. Subsequently, Hester held the position of Senior Consultant Innovation at Deloitte from April 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included fostering innovation and developing AI strategies. Currently, Hester is a Change Management Consultant and Manager Externe Relaties at JINC, focusing on providing equitable job opportunities for children from challenging backgrounds. Hester's earlier roles include training, coaching, and leadership positions in various organizations. Hester holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s degree in Psychology specializing in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology.
