Mark van Ieperenburg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic HR consulting and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at GITP since January 2022, Mark also volunteers as a Career Coach with JINC and engages as a Group Fitness HIIT Instructor at Basic-Fit. Mark's previous roles include significant positions at PiCompany, where responsibilities spanned multiple senior consultancy and data-focused roles over 13 years. Additionally, Mark has contributed to community initiatives as a Story Listener and Reading Volunteer, complementing a diverse skill set acquired through various educational pursuits, including an MBA and qualifications in Dutch Sign Language.
JINC
Every child is talented, including the 240,000 children in the Netherlands growing up in an environment with fewer role models with which to identify. JINC strives for a society in which a child’s background does not determine their future; a society in which every child gets a fair chance. In order to reach that goal, we help young people between the ages of 8 and 16 get off to a good start on the labour market. Through the JINC programme, they get acquainted with various professions, find out what kind of work suits their talents, and learn how to apply for a job. In this way, every year, JINC gives more than 80,000 children the opportunity to grow. JINC works in cooperation with schools and business partners. Their financial support and expertise are indispensable. But partners get something valuable in return: the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and a new way of investing in their companies, by strengthening their bond with society and offering their employees an inspiring experience.
