Sander Heijnen

Sander Heijnen currently serves as the Director of Healthcare at Visma | Raet since February 2023 and is a Partner at 5 Sterren Werkplezier. Since October 2016, Sander has been a volunteer Career Coach at JINC, working to provide opportunities for children from underprivileged backgrounds in the Netherlands. Previously, Sander held various leadership roles at Visma | Raet, including Director of Government and Account Director, and was the owner of Interest & Company from 2013 to 2021. Experience at Randstad Nederland spanned multiple roles, from Key Account Manager to Regional Manager. Sander also worked as an Account Manager at OCA Nederland and as a Unit Manager at G4S, with a brief return to G4S as Regional Manager in 2013. Sander's early career included service in the Koninklijke Marechaussee at the Ministry of Defence. Education includes a postbachelor in Business Administration from Avans+ and completion of formal training at Nyenrode Business University and the Opleidingscentrum Koninklijke Marechaussee.
