Xander van der Heijden

Xander van der Heijden has extensive experience in recruitment and coaching, currently serving as a Sollicitatietrainer/Arbeidsmarktcoach at JINC since March 2024 and as a KAM-functionaris at AMP Electro B.V. and High Voltage Service B.V. since March 2023. With a career spanning from 2001 to the present, notable positions include Recruitment Manager at AMP Group / Fore Recruitment, where the focus is on the recruitment and deployment of technicians, and various roles in consulting and management at companies such as Hays, Onsite Engineers, and Astrea Groep.
