Simon Jin

Simon Jin is a partner at Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm, where involvement in foreign direct investment spans over twenty years, addressing various legal concerns throughout project lifecycles, including public listings and liquidations. Currently serving as Head of Legal China for UCB since March 2011, Simon has previously held similar roles at Abbott and UTC Carrier, and worked as a PRC Lawyer at DLA Piper. Academic credentials include an EMBA from Washington University in St. Louis, an LL.M in International Trade Law from the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from Shanghai University.
