Victoria Ying Jin, Esq. is a co-founder of Orphalese Global Strategies, Inc., specializing in strategic management and luxury residential ocean liners since January 2000. As a partner at Beijing Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm, Victoria is licensed to practice law in California and the People's Republic of China, focusing on Chinese law, foreign joint ventures, M&A, and technology transfers. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding High Top Publishing, LLC, which revives high-end literary works, and co-founding OG Solar, aimed at creating disaster preparedness products.
