Indradyumna Datta

Indradyumna Datta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Indradyumna started their career as an Instrumentation Engineer at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, where they gained experience in working in a hazardous environment and handling various control systems. Indradyumna then joined Honeywell Process Solutions and held several roles, including Principal Engineer, Team Leader, Project Leader, and Test Lead, where they worked on projects involving wireless technology, tank gauging systems, and mobile workforce solutions. At Honeywell, they also served as a Solutions Marketing Manager for Mobile Workforce and played a key role in integrating Enraf's products into Honeywell's portfolio. Indradyumna later joined Honeywell as a Development Manager, where they worked on projects related to data analytics, control performance benchmarking, and secured data transfer architecture. Most recently, Indradyumna Datta worked at Cairn Oil and Gas as the Chief Digital Officer (Dy.), leading digital initiatives to optimize oil and gas operations. Currently, they hold the position of Group CDO at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd.

Indradyumna Datta earned a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2001. Indradyumna then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in PGSEM at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2008 to 2011. Prior to their higher education, they completed their 12th standard education at St. Lawrence High School from 1985 to 1993, focusing on the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
