Sridhar Thyagarajan

Sridhar Thyagarajan has extensive experience in financial management and control. Sridhar has held positions such as Chief Financial Officer at Jindal Tubular USA and Financial Controller at Kingston Pharmaceuticals. Sridhar has also worked as a Corporate Controller at Cardiac Science Corporation and as a Controller at EBusiness International. With their background in finance, Sridhar has been responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting transactions, managing risk, and analyzing credit portfolios. Prior to these roles, they served as Vice President of Credit at State Bank of India, where they managed trade finance, working capital finance, and analyzed credit data.

Sridhar Thyagarajan has a diverse education background. Sridhar obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1997 to 2000. Sridhar also holds an Associate Company Secretary of India degree in Company Law and Finance from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, completed from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained a PG Certification in Project Finance from Osmania University between 1997 and 1999. Sridhar also has two Masters degrees achieved from Osmania University, one in International Business/Trade/Commerce from 1983 to 1987, and another in Accounting & Finance from 1984 to 1987. In terms of certifications, they obtained an Anti Money Laundering Specialist certification from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist in December 2006. Sridhar also holds a Post Graduation in Finance and Management from Osmania University and is a certified member of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
