Lucia Yao

Lucia Yao has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lucia started their career as a Consultant at 51job, where they screened CVs and conducted telephone screenings. Lucia then worked as a Recruiter at Husky Injection Molding Systems, handling all types of recruitments across multiple locations in China. Following that, they joined Evonik Degussa as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in staffing and onboarding processes. Lucia later served as an HR Supervisor at 法亚集团 before joining JINGdigital as a Human Resources Manager.

From 1998 to 2002, Lucia Yao attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where they pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering.
